Starting Pepper Seeds + Dietitian Q&A

I'm starting pepper seeds for my garden, so I thought I would show you how I do it! In this live stream, I talk about how to start seeds in general and then talk about peppers specifically. I also showing all of the pepper varieties that I'm growing in my garden this year.

For a point of reference, I'm in Virginia in Zone 7. All of the plants in the garden we either seeded directly or started from seed inside. I like to grow a lot heirloom varieties, which means lots of interesting shapes and colors!
